The early-mid spring reflections for the Mercer County housing market indicates that buyers are being slightly more cautious when it comes to their home purchases, but once they have found their home, they are willing to spend the money. Sales prices outpacing inflation, and sellers are getting closer to asking price. While national markets may be volatile, the Mercer County market shows stability.
